When you commission me you are agreeing that I, the artist, hold the rights to the image created.
Therefore I can use the artwork to:
promote myself
display it
post itYou, the commissioner, are allowed to:
Use the art for personal things only unless agreed on otherwise.

I need to be able to understand you, please write clearlyAll payment is to be paid up front and before art is createdAs of now I only accept USDI can try to create a piece specific to your wants the best i can, however I will notify you if I am either uncomfortable, can not or will not do something, or if it is difficult to do something.I can do any gender, species, body type, etc. (I mainly work with anthro)I do nsfw (As long as it is legal and the nsfw can NOT be feral) & gore

As long as I am credited properly, using my TH, you may:

♥Resell the character
If you get extra art you may price it higher than you bought it♥Revamped/Redesigned (design wise and/or character traits wise)♥Gifted, traded, or transferred♥Transferred into/out of a species as long as the species owner is okay with it!

Things you may NOT do:

×Do not sell for more than what you paid!! (unless extra art is given)×Do not trade/gift/sell designs to people on the blacklist! Doing so will put you there as well!!×If you are found to be stealing / not crediting properly you will be blacklisted!×If you are caught taking my signature off / tracing my art you will be blacklisted!×If you back out of something without giving reason you will be given a warning!
